Constructed of off white paper with black ink, featuring a typewritten inscription from then Oberstleutnant Erwin Rommel in his capacity as an instructor at Kriegsschule Potsdam (Potsdam War Academy), confirming that Major Dr. Mayer has provided proof of Aryan descent with genealogical information provided up to his grandparents generation, dated 1 April 1936 and
