Picture, 1934 certificate_of_authenticity 19th Engineer BattalionThe photo is dedicated to a woman (Fr.), the name could be Pfahr Pfahe Pfahl or similar. It is dated to February 17, 1934. The line below the date is illegible, but is in all likelihood an equivalent of Regards or Sincerely. The signature, as well as the dedication and date, is strong and in black ink. On the reverse, a note in pencil states that the picture shows A. H. speaking to Werner von Blomberg (18781946), Minister of War and Commander in Chief
