BFN Coltelleria Saladini The blade is made from34 cm long Nakiri with a 21 cm blade with Damascus core made from 1095 and 15N20 carbon steels, with a coffee etched cladding made with 1095 steel. The sculptured handle is made from ebony with nickel and silver spacers. Weight: approx. 300 grams As all high quality knives, this knives will rust if not treated with minimal care. The blade is treated with Renaissance wax, which should be washed off before use.
